Shipping and Returns
For our Canadian retail customers, standard shipping and handling is free on orders more than $50.00 before taxes. For orders under $50.00, we have shipping options from Canada Post with real time shipping quotes. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date we receive payment and shipped via Canada Post. Standard delivery is sent as an expedited parcel with a tracking number. For our customers from USA, shipping is best rate with expedited options through Canada Post in partnership with USPS. Diffusers and essential oils are duty free from Canada to the U.S.A..
We ship out of Ontario. You can expect your delivery within 5 business days from date of order. The closer you are to us and to major centers, the faster you will receive your order. For an additional fee, we can rush it to you and you can choose express delivery. In this case you can expect your delivery typically within 1-3 business days from date of order. For Ontario, it really isn't worth the rush fee. For provinces and territories outside of Ontario, it may be worth it if you are in a rush. It is typically 3-5 business days outside of Ontario for standard shipping, but 1-3 business days for rush. We promise to get it out the door asap, but the rest is up to Canada Post.
We charge a fair price and it often costs more to ship than we charge. We would rather error on our side and not take advantage of our customers. If we could transport the goods to you in an instant, we would. For orders outside of Canada, our rates are based on the destination. Still fair.
We offer a full refund on any orders within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we may be able to offer you an exchange or a store credit. To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on oils that have been opened or product that has been used.
If your unit is damaged or malfunctioning, items within warranty can be repaired within the warranty period. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please review what is covered under the limited warranty. If your unit is outside of warranty, often we can repair it or replace it with a refurbished model for a small fee. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Let us take care of you.
To return your product, you will mail your product to: Harmonious Mind Ltd., c/o Body Beautiful Day Spa and Salon, 2 Orchard Heights Blvd, Suite 34 , Aurora, Ontario, L4G 3W3, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but we are happy to issue a store credit for $10.00 to off set this cost if the unit being returned is due to quality issues that fall under the warranty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will expedite it as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
